RESIDENTIAL ESTIMATOR (Cardel Homes)

Cardel Homes Calgary Region is currently looking for a Residential Estimator with approximately 0 to 3 years of estimating experience in residential construction to join our team. You will be responsible for price requests from our sales team as well as pricing basement developments, infills and renovations. Other responsibilities will include approving invoices, maintaining our database, updating pricing and other project related work.
To be successful in this position you must have a diploma in Architectural Technologies (or equivalent) with a desire to engage in continuing education and skills upgrading. Additionally, you will have strong computer and time management skills allowing you to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and strong communication skills with coworkers and trade partners. Site experience and experience with Timberline, Precision Builder and Homefront would be an asset.
