As an Interior Designer & Project Manager you will support our growing renovations division by meeting with clients on-site, assessing their renovation needs, providing full interior design services (including furniture & window coverings), liaising with estimating & drafting for pricing and working drawings, and providing general project oversight in conjunction with the Construction Site Supervisor.
To be successful in this position you will have: a diploma or degree in Interior Design with a desire to engage in continuing education and skills upgrading; previous retail or sales experience; and a valid drivers’ license. You will be an independent self-starter, with strong customer service and sales skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Short-listed candidates will be required to provide a drivers’ abstract and a criminal record check.
This position offers a flexible work schedule and you will be required to accommodate evening and weekend appointments.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (Cardel Homes)

As an experienced Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for all new home sales functions in the Calgary regional office. Reporting to the Vice President, Sales and Marketing, this position will be responsible for managing and coaching the sales team to meet established sales goals, completing market research and approving purchase agreements.
As the successful candidate you will have experience in the new home industry, business acumen, strong communication and leadership skills, and a thorough knowledge of new home construction. You will also be customer service oriented, innovative, have exceptional attention to detail and an advanced level of computer & technical literacy. Post-secondary education in Architectural Technologies or a related field is required.

EVENING RECEPTIONIST – Part-Time (Cardel Homes)

As a part-time Receptionist you will greet and provide service to members of the general public visiting the Cardel Office and Design Centre. Other responsibilities will include receiving incoming telephone calls, providing general information to clients & the general public, and other general administrative duties as assigned. Requirements for this position include previous reception and/or customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, and a professional appearance & attitude. This is a part-time position and you must be available for shifts scheduled Monday to Friday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00am to 10:00pm.
