That experience, combined with our company-wide policy of innovation, makes for building techniques and practices that are often ahead of industry standards, and in many instances exceed the current Building Code.

Quite a few of our customers have moved up to their second or third (and even fourth or fifth) Cardel home, and in some cases, we’ve built for second generation Cardel homeowners. We’re a family business, so that family trust is important to us.
