Cardel is pleased to advise that the next Phase of Kings Grant in Richmond has now been released. The developer is making 30 lots available in this Phase.. Cardel’s award winning model home the Mitchell has been sold and will be closing in early January. We have designed a new model for this and future phases called the McKinley. We hope to start construction shortly. Also, as part of this release, we have added some additional model selections as well as maintained our popular models from the previous phases in Kings Grant.
