All employees, trades and contractors who work for Cardel Homes follow COVID-19 safety protocols put in place by Alberta Health Services (AHS). We are constantly monitoring the latest protocols and directives and are acting quickly to take any necessary precautions.
Our showhomes remain open to the public but follow AHS and Government of Alberta restrictions. While we welcome all to view our showhomes and speak to a Cardel Homes new home consultant anytime during regular showhome hours, we invite you to book an appointment to avoid waiting for access.
Our show homes are open with safety protocols in place.
For the comfort and security of our valued customers and our team, we are taking the following measures to keep everyone safe in our showhomes:
Masks are required, as per AHS regulations. We are happy to provide you with one.
There will be a maximum of 2 people able to attend each appointment.
Hand sanitization is encouraged with hand sanitizer available.
Physical distancing is practiced. Everyone will be asked to maintain a 2-metre distance from one another.
Each showhome is limited to a maximum of two groups.
Everyone will be asked to supply a name and contact for safety purposes, along with answering a series of pre-screening questions.
In addition to in-person appointments, we have adapted our business to allow you a more virtual experience on our interactive website with extensive photo galleries, virtual tours and interactive floorplans. We also have virtual meeting opportunities and accredited software to facilitate the signing of all documents involved in the home buying process.
