COVID-19 Cardel Homes Update

As we know, COVID-19 has caused much uncertainty about how businesses will operate moving forward. I am reaching out to update our customers, staff, business partners, and the general public about how Cardel Homes Calgary is currently managing the situation.

Existing customers:
If you are in the process of making selections for your new home, we will offer options to complete those selections using either our standard one-on-one personal appointments or alternate means through phone, email or other technology. Appointments will be limited to purchasers only and arrangements should be made by customers for child care. Our construction site staff will continue to meet with you to complete the required joint inspections. Again, appointments will be limited to purchasers only and arrangements should be made by customers for child care. All warranty-related work will be deferred to a later date within the warranty period unless it is deemed as urgent. This is being done in support of the request from health authorities to implement social distancing measures.

Showhomes and sales centres
Showhomes and sales centres will be open by appointment only. The Cardel sales staff is committed to providing exceptional personalized service to assist you with your new home purchase and we understand the need to take additional measures to maintain a safe and clean business environment. We are moving to a more structured appointment system that adheres to safe social distancing measures. We encourage you to work with our sales teams via phone, email, text, or other technology as well to make this process more convenient.
