Since then, feedback has been very positive from customers looking for a bungalow with a main floor office, double front garage, fully developed basement, located on an attractive park amenity lot, with a price starting in the $520s.

With market conditions improving and land supply dropping, sales of this model are increasing. Only five park lots remain for a Hudson presale at this price. From the research I have done, I believe that the Hudson model offers the best value for a single-family bungalow in the $520s in south Calgary.
