Model Homes We are currently maintaining normal business hours for our sales centers in each of our communities. Your health and safety are our highest priorities. We continue to ensure that we follow strict cleaning procedures in our sales centers. We have asked our Sales Team and guests to refrain from shaking hands. Our team practices frequent handwashing, and those who feel ill or display signs of illness are not permitted to report to work. We do, however, encourage you to work with our sales teams via phone, email, text, or other technology if you prefer.
Existing Customers If you are in the process of making interior selections for your new home, you should know that our standard procedure is one-on-one personal appointments with our designer. These appointments will be limited to purchasers only. Our construction team will continue to meet with you to complete the required scheduled joint inspections. Again, appointments will be limited to purchasers only. In an effort to ensure the health and safety of yourself as well as the trades and suppliers building your home, please refrain from entering the home throughout the construction process until your scheduled inspection walkthroughs with our construction team.
Warranty Unless it is deemed as critical, warranty work may be deferred to a later date if you decide this is better for your family.
