The Accounting function at Cardel is responsible for managing all financial resources, including the preparation of financial statements and working papers, preparation of internal reporting packages and monthly compliance reports, vendor payments, closing entries on sales, lot administration and reconciliations.



The Drafting function at Cardel provides new product designs, produces customer working drawings, prepares preliminary plot plans, submits for building permits and processes change orders.



The Estimating function at Cardel provides accurate cost estimates for new product designs and community opportunities, updates and maintains computerized pricing for all standard models, provides customer pricing for design upgrades, generates material purchase orders and approves corresponding invoices.

Land Development


The Land function at Cardel is responsible for the identification, assessment, acquisition and due diligence of land opportunities as well as the management of all development activities, including financing, planning, approvals, development, project management, and property management for both single-family and multi-family housing.


Interior Design

The Interior Design function at Cardel is responsible for designing and decorating showhomes and assisting home purchasers in the selection of exterior/interior finishes and upgrades.



The Construction function at Cardel is responsible for the entire building process from permitting to occupancy, including ensuring a clean and safe work environment, supervising and scheduling sub-trades and site maintenance personnel, conducting inspections, maintaining quality control and interacting with customers throughout the home building process.
