What to Expect in a Lottery Release

1. At the time of the release, please send dale.laurie@cardelhomes.com one email per family with your name, phone number, preferred lot and mortgage pre-approval. Please note that multiple submissions will result in disqualification.

2. Dale will reach out to confirm receipt and your name will be entered into our lottery.

3. If your name is drawn, Dale will reach out to you to confirm your choice of lot and collect your $2000 reservation via e-transfer.

4. Once your deposit has been received, your lot will be secure and a virtual appointment will be set up to proceed with your purchase.

To prepare for the best home buying experience, we encourage you to review all available lots and floorplans and choose your first and second preference. Please don't hesitate to reach out by email if you have any questions.

*Please note that for owner occupied homes, a 10% deposit on pre-tax amount will be due at the time of signing. For those who are purchasing the home as an investment property, a 20% deposit on the pre-tax amount will be due at the time of signing.
