Accounts Payable Clerk

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will report to the Senior Accountant, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Sorting and submitting invoices for approval.
  • Entering invoices into the accounting system.
  • Printing checks and/or releasing EFT payments.
  • Processing quick pays.
  • Filing invoices and paperwork.
  • Reconciling accounts.
  • Responding to vendor inquiries.

You will bring to this position a post-secondary accounting certificate and one to three years of relevant AP experience. You will have advanced data entry and computer skills (MS Office, Sage 300/ACCPAC), strong attention to detail, an ability to process a high volume of invoices, and a professional and courteous demeanor.

Salesforce Pardot Marketing Automation Lead

Located at any one of our four regional offices, as the Salesforce Pardot Marketing Automation Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-value marketing solutions based on the analysis of behavioral and profile data while facilitating the adoption of best practices. You will work closely with the regional sales and marketing teams, new home sales consultants, corporate marketing and IT. Some travel may be required, but you should also have the aptitude to train and work with others remotely via technology.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a standard of excellence (best practices) in email and marketing automation.
  • Implementing and supporting front-end technology questions regarding HTML emails, landing pages, etc., from templates while incorporating industry best practices.
  • Managing data, including segmentation and reporting, testing, cleaning and optimization.
  • Developing and executing testing and optimization strategies to improve email metrics.
  • Assisting with contact strategies to deepen the customer relationship and increase sales opportunities and then executing on these campaigns.
  • Assisting with regional and community-level customer experience strategy.
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns.
  • Training Salesforce users.
  • Recommending appropriate digital technology to support our needs end-to-end, including hosting and integration with existing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, etc.).
  • Managing the delivery of custom solutions, interfaces, and integrations.
  • Evaluating requirements and providing solutions for activating and optimizing marketing technologies and E-commerce solutions.
  • Supporting business and technology teams to define, design, architect, implement and operate web platforms and capabilities.
  • Understanding all facets of the various platforms for B2C, such as the creation of cross-channel campaigns, implementations of lead scoring, lead nurturing, alerts, routing and notifications, segmentation, personalization, and creation of ROI reporting and key metrics.

You will bring to this position advanced knowledge of Pardot (Sales Cloud knowledge is a huge plus), as well as 2+ years of SalesForce.com lead management, marketing automation and analysis experience. A BS or BA in Marketing, Computer Science, IS or another related science is considered an asset.
