As a Project Manager for Bradenton/Parrish County, you will report to the VP of Operations and work with an overall team consisting of other Site Supervisors, Warranty Technicians, Laborers, and our experienced office staff.

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and supervising subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintaining the master construction schedule and ensuring timelines are met
- Conducting regular inspections and ensuring quality control
- Overseeing the overall site for cleanliness and safety
- Liaising with homeowners and attending walk-through meetings
- Managing site costs and material efficiency
- Actively evaluating and improving trade performance at job sites
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential construction or renovations
- Extensive knowledge of the Florida Building Code, the residential construction process and building materials
- Independent self-starter
- Possess strong customer service and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
You will be required to provide your own vehicle. The successful candidate will be required to provide a driving record as well as pass a drug screening and a criminal record check.
