As a Project Manager for the Sarasota area, you will report to the VP of Operations and work with an overall team consisting of other Site Supervisors, Warranty Technicians, Laborers, and our experienced office staff.

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and supervising subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintaining master construction schedule and ensuring timelines are met
- Conducting regular inspections and ensuring quality control
- Overseeing the overall site for cleanliness and safety
- Liaising with homeowners and attending walk-through meetings
- Managing site costs and material efficiency
- Actively evaluating and improving trade performance at job sites
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential construction or renovations
- Extensive knowledge of the Florida Building Code
- Residential construction process and building materials
- Independent self-starter
- Possess strong customer service and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
You will be required to provide your own vehicle. The successful candidate will be required to provide a driving record as well as pass a drug screening and criminal record check.
