As a Construction Site Supervisor for the Bradenton-Sarasota area, you will report to the VP of Construction and work with an overall team consisting of other Site Supervisors, Warranty Technicians, Laborers and our Operations and Warranty Coordinators.
You will have previous experience in residential construction or renovations, with extensive knowledge of the Florida Building Code, residential construction process and building materials. You will also be an independent self-starter, possess strong customer service and communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will be required to provide your own vehicle. The successful candidate will be required to provide a driving record as well as pass a drug screening and criminal record check.

Located at any one of our four regional offices, as the Salesforce Pardot Marketing Automation Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-value marketing solutions based on the analysis of behavioral and profile data while facilitating the adoption of best practices. You will work closely with the regional sales and marketing teams, new home sales consultants, corporate marketing and IT. Some travel may be required, but you should also have the aptitude to train and work with others remotely via technology.

You will bring to this position advanced knowledge of Pardot (Sales Cloud knowledge is a huge plus), as well as 2+ years of SalesForce.com lead management, marketing automation and analysis experience. A BS or BA in Marketing, Computer Science, IS or another related science is considered an asset.
