Marketing Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Cardel Homes marketing team. Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, you will support the development, planning, execution and administration of a broad range of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Position responsibilities encompass social media support, web-based marketing, Google analytics, charitable initiatives and the administration of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data system. In addition, this position will coordinate and maintain relationships with media partners and will purchase ad placements, web content platforms, digital ads, Google ads, etc.

We’re looking for a highly motivated, team player with excellent communication skills who is at ease in a dynamic work environment and confident in managing multiple deadlines simultaneously. The ideal candidate is personable, comfortable with project management involving multiple stakeholders, possesses strong organizational skills and has a post-secondary education in marketing or a related field with 1-3 years of experience. The successful candidate must be willing to work flexible hours as some weekends and/or evening work may be required. A valid driver’s license is also required.
