How it works
Working with Cardel is easy. Here’s how to get started.

Step 1
Register your client
To be eligible for commission, accompany your client on their first visit and register them in person with our new home consultant. Registration is valid for 30 days. Need more time? You can request an extension in writing, but we’ll need to receive and approve it before your registration expires. If it expires, we can set up a new registration.

Step 2
Help your client find their home
Explore home options with your client and our new home consultant and offer guidance through the purchase process.

Step 3
Receive your commission
Receive half your commission after the firm sale and the balance after possession. Each payment is made within 30 days of receiving the invoice from your brokerage.
Full commission
3.5%
on the first $100,000
1.5%
on the balance of the purchase price
We pay full commission on single-family homes, duplexes and street towns in our communities, whether your client chooses to build a new home or buy a quick possession home. Commission is calculated on the purchase price in the firm purchase agreement, excluding lot and GST.
When you’re paid
Each payment is made within 30 days of receiving the invoice from your brokerage.
