2. Reserve Your Home
Found the perfect floorplan? Lock it in with ease. You can reserve your home online with just a click and a $1,000 credit card hold, or connect with our team directly. This holds your home for a limited time—allowing you to meet with our sales team and take the next step.
3. Choose Your Interior Style
Select from carefully curated interior styles that reflect your personal taste, without the stress of a complicated design process.
4. Purchase Meeting
Once you reserve your home, our team will contact you to schedule your Purchase Meeting. We’ll walk you through everything you need to know, sign your agreement, and collect your deposit cheque or bank draft. You’ll receive access to all your purchase details in one convenient place through the Virtuo Concierge app.
5. Sales Completion
Our team will confirm the details of your purchase and provide an overview of your customer portal. This is your opportunity to review everything discussed. After ten days, your sale becomes firm. Then, when the remaining deposit is due, we’ll finalize any conditions, confirm your mortgage, and process your deposit. If you have questions, the Cardel Concierge app has you covered. Just ask, and you’ll get the answer.
6. Pre-Possession Walkthrough
We will provide a 35 day written notice of your possession. Before move-in day, our team will walk you through your completed home and answer any questions you may have. We’ll review essential maintenance tips and provide helpful information so you feel confident and prepared.
7. Possession Walkthrough
We provide a seamless move-in experience and a final quality review to confirm that all work is complete. We’ll welcome you to your new home and walk you through essential systems and features.
