As an essential service during this time, our showhomes and sales centres will remain open by private appointment only.
We encourage you to make appointments by calling the sales centre location directly or by booking online via the “Book an Appointment” button on each community page on our website.

During appointments, we request the following:
There will be a maximum of 2 people able to attend each appointment. Please, no children.
Face coverings will be required at all times, and we are happy to provide you with one when you arrive.
The use of hand sanitizer will be required upon entering the showhome/sales centre.
Everyone will be asked to maintain a 2-metre distance from one another.
Everyone will be asked to supply a name and phone number for safety purposes, along with answering a series of pre-screening questions.

In addition to in-person appointments, we have adapted our business to allow you a more virtual experience on our interactive website with extensive photo galleries, virtual tours and interactive floorplans.
We also have virtual meeting opportunities and accredited software to facilitate the signing of all documents involved in the home buying process.
HOLIDAY HOURS
Our showhomes and sales centres will be closed from December 24th until January 2nd when we re-open. Please reach out via the website during this time.
